Under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, the Physical Therapist provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent disabilities, as well as restore, maintain and promote overall fitness and health. Develop a treatment plan by incorporating that data obtained through the assessment of the patient’s medical history, appropriate tests and measures and functional ability. Also determines the patient’s ability to be independent and reintegrate into the community or workplace.
